Lack of Understanding // Else & Emil
Couldnât a guy just get some sleep? According to Norway, the answer was no. Oh, why couldnât she just let him relax? He wanted to fall asleep, but each time he came close, sheâd be sure to continue to poke him. Besides, she was way too close anyway. Their faces were too close for comfort. Either way, didnât she have a little sister to bother? Just because they shared a room didnât mean he had to call her Big Sis. And did they have to settle this now?! She was possibly even more persistent than the Norway he was used to. It was a scary though, honestly.Â
âMove back and give me some of the space for once. Iâll only say this one time, and then you should let me sleep.â He was unsure of how sheâd react, but he wasnât going to sit around and let her mess with him any longer. She was right; it was easier to give in. Just this once.
â..Big Sister..â
She blinked, tilting her head as if debating, and moved just slightly, as if that was going to make him happy. Still, her eyes widened slightly. Oh? Was he going to say it? Well, it seemed like sheâd made her point...and she wasnât disappointed. After all that refusal...he must have been truly tired to give in so easily. She would certainly take this victory.Â
The faintest of smiles tugged at her lips and she shifted, moving from his bed and tucking in the covers around him. âThank you,â she nodded sincerely. And since she was feeling a little caught up in the moment, she bent down to press a kiss to his forehead.Â
âGood night, Emil.âÂ
