The following is some of the testimony given by vapers and e-cigarette advocates during a NYC Health Committee hearing on May 2nd. We apologize to anyone we missed in this replay and the quality issues in the video. As proposed, these city ordinances would redefine tobacco products to include e cigarettes and ban e-cigarette flavors other than tobacco and menthol, among other negative consequences for vaping.
