SG!Starscream my beloved
To answer your question, Starscream doesn’t have a earth mode! He retains his cybertronian jet form. This is mention first when he explains that it would be better for the other characters to go and save earth as his alien earth mode would alert the American government (who in shattered glass, is a dystopian dictatorship), and the second time is when he’s flying and it says that due to having the reputation of heroes now, his earth mode brings no alarm.

Apparently today is Loving Day, named after Richard and Milford Loving, the interracial couple whose lawsuit against the state of Virginia resulted in interracial marriage becoming legal in the United States. And so this day was made as a holiday for interracial relationships. I think that's very cool and deserves a tumblr post. Happy Loving Day to everyone in interracial relationships!
