I have very boring new year's resolutions involving staying in my job and making healthy lunches and using my gym membership (and I don't care how yuppie that sounds, it's amazing that I'm even in a position to type things like "gym membership" and maybe if I can hang onto these external markers of "success" I can survive a bit better in this bullshit system etc ect and also have nice lunches)

but anyway, I wanted to set out some separate writing/fandom goals as well. so, in 2015, I would like to:

get back into the habit of writing regularly: set aside daily time before work, and during commute, to work on writing stuff (whether that's actual words or planning or brainstorming or ????)

pick an unfinished/unstarted fic every month and make a proper effort towards finishing it (I have too fucking many things on the "to write" list it's disgusting)

READ MORE, BUTAN MORE. read the fics in my goddamn 'marked for later'. give myself proper time of an evening to sit down with a cup of tea/whiskey and digest stories properly and comment thoughtfully instead of hurried phone-reading on the train

spend more time in fannish company* for mutual writing support and general good times
