There is an implied evil school for evil sciences, and to that end there are evil universities that you can get an evil higher education to go into evil majors, like evil humanities, or business. Where else do evil scientist get their PhD?

I like to think Bing has a degree in evil biology or something and had a crisis of passions and hard pivoted to movies because "those Hollywood bigwigs make millions!" as an excuse to make art.

Some background information thats important to know if you ever want to get into the bio-medical or social sciences and want to get your masters or PhD, you will have to eventually go though the Institutional Review Board or IRB. The IRB is an ethics committee that assures that appropriate steps are taken to protect the rights and welfare of people and animals during experiments. They are the reason why animals are often treated better than the scientist experimenting on them, there is also different regulations depending on if you are doing human or animal experimentation. This will be on the test.

You can also get IRB exemptions depending on what you study, this is pretty common because because a lot of research is pretty harmless, my evil science study has one even. The Spares incident does not come close to be even considered for exemption are you kidding me???

I also think the Evil IRB functions identically to the normal IRB, just with more of a focus on evil hijinx, ya know, make sure that what you are doing is actually cartoon villain shit, this will not be on the test.

I do think because Bing is just kind of stupid <3 he got into a lot of hot water with the IRB during the Spares incident. you can get your Evil PhD revoked for serious misconduct with human and/or animal subjects. And, whew-ee, he is beyond fucked if you consider the spares human; you generally have to keep biometric data obfuscated as physically possible with human subjects. You take one good look at those clones and tell me you do not recognize who the fuck those guys are suppose to be. Those clones have liberties if they are human.

If they are considered "animals," however... you just need to make sure they are happy, healthy, and well taken care of.

So Bing makes an impossible claim: The clones are monkeys because the machine is powered by them. and because we live in cartoon logic eddsworld, unfortunately for him, he built this circus, and those are his monkeys now.

At least he only has to take care of the rejects, something "mysterious" happened to the other almost 4 million of them, guess thats a mystery that can't be solved.
