Perfectly Imperfect

What do you do when the only one who can make you stop crying is the one who is making you cry?

That’s why I loved being with you. We could do the simplest things, like toss starfish into the ocean and share a burger and talk and even then I knew that I was fortunate. Because you were the first guy who wasn’t constantly trying to impress me. You accepted who you were, but more than that, you accepted me for me. And nothing else mattered―not my family or your family or anyone else in the world. It was just us.

Don’t say you love me if you don’t mean it. Because I might do something stupid like believe it.

You are not weak just because your heart feels so heavy.

Don’t trust too much, don’t love too much, don’t care too much because that ‘too much’ will hurt you so much.

I can’t love my self so much so i need you to love me.

I’m a very private person. You don’t ask, I don’t tell.

You don’t get better on the days when you feel like going. You get better on the days when you don’t want to go, but you go anyway. If you can overcome the negative energy coming from your tired body or unmotivated mind, you will grow and become better. It won’t be the best workout you have, you won’t accomplish as much as what you usually do when you actually feel good, but that doesn’t matter. Growth is a long term game, and the crappy days are more important.
