I don't live in English speaking countries, and in my country getting official merchandise is also a quest. I think you can try finding a company which works with that kind of thing, like buying products from Japanese sides, mail forwarding, and etc. Idk how it's in France, probably you can also find secondhand things from other people who sell it on social media. Mercari, Goofish and other sites are also offering used stuff mostly, so it's not a big difference ig.

I think you can get anything you want only if you search those options 🌹 some artists also sell their Milgram stuff so you probably can get something (but as I mentioned, Milgram isn't a thing even in Japan).
