You can't consult a heart

// I had an idea for an AU that I want to put out there. It takes place in a future setting. (SPACE AND STUFF) Genetic modification is common and cybernetics as well. It's not something you can go get done though. It's mostly used for soldiers who loose limbs or those with a ton of money. Sherlock would pay to have his heart taken out and replaced with a cybernetic part at a young age. And obsession with cybernetics leads him to replace his arms, legs, and a few major organs with cybernetics. Because Cyborg Sherlock is pretty awesome.
