It’s A Fuck Around And Find Out Kinda Year

Because society views us as monsters. And when you’re viewed that way you have two options.

The first, you can break yourself. You can take a knife and carve off all the corners, take sandpaper and smooth all your rough edges, you can take everything remotely variant about you and you can try and obliterate it in order to make yourself acceptable to people who do not know you and never will.

The second option is that you can say “okay, if I’m a monster I’m going to enjoy being a monster. I’m going to take those rough edges and rough them up some more. I’m going to take all my sharp corners and make them knife edged. I’m going to embrace how weird and broken and fucked up I am and I’m going to make it a part of me. I’m going to love, fight, live, and die as a freak, but I’m going to do it on my terms and no one else’s”

And some say that you’re anti-semitic if you don’t stand with Israel, well I say fuck that. It was never about that in the first place and religion or race doesn’t matter because when you commit genocide against an entire people you’re fucking evil and no reason can justify it.

And the US supports this for what? A foothold, a powerhouse in the middle east? Well, fuck that and fuck the government and everyone in it. Because to turn a blind eye to the literal fucking genocide happening in front of them, the thousands of children being bombed and slaughtered? Nothing is worth that and fuck them for thinking so.

Fuck the government, fuck Biden, and fuck you if you agree with them.

Innocent men, women, and children, fucking children, are being slaughtered just because they exist. They are being starved, food and water cut off, denied medicine, and basic fucking human rights. They are being bombed and brutally murdered and silenced before our very eyes.

The Palestinians are literally in the world’s largest open air prison, trapped and being wiped out by the colonizing force that is Israel. We are seeing the genocide of an entire indigenous population just like what happened to so many indigenous peoples all over the world.

And we’re all watching this happen and doing nothing.

I can’t do anything because I have no power, no wealth or influence, and it’s killing me inside.

I have so much rage and sorrow as I watch these atrocities happen and can’t do anything about it.

Fuck everyone who stands with Israel.

People have been saying learn your history, there is thousands of years of conflict between the Arabs and Jews.

So, ok let’s ignore the fact that Israel has been Illegally occupying and colonizing Palestine. Let’s ignore the fact that Israel has been systemically oppressing and killing off the Palestinians for decades. That Israel controls the food, water, electricity, and who knows what else of Palestinian territories like the Gaza strip thats also known as the worlds largest open air prison/concentration camp. Let’s ignore all that.

Are you telling me past conflict’s are a justification for genocide? To let this happen before your eyes and do nothing?

Some people are saying they are American and stand with America.

All I have to say is don’t you dare fucking hide behind some bullshit patriotism here. I’m American and I’m fucking ashamed about that and the actions of my country. Though I’m not surprised considering America’s track record with genocides of indigenous peoples.

Some are saying I’m a sheep and need to educate myself.

Is it being a sheep to say you stand against the genocide being enacted in front of you? Against the killing of innocent civilians and the war crimes being committed against them? These are people, fucking people, who are being brutalized and you say I’m a sheep for standing up and speaking out against it?

Some are saying what Hamas did is what I should be angry about.

Fuck that.

Let’s disregard any misinformation spread about the resistance group. Are you telling me anything Hamas did is for justification this?

The purposeful bombing of hospitals and people as they run away?

White phosphorous being dumped on civilians?

Concrete poured in the water supply and food, electricity, and aid cut off?

The slaughter of men, women, elderly and children and entire bloodlines being eradicated?

I saw a 13 year old yell and scream about the atrocities wrought upon her and her people just because they exist.

I saw a man carrying the body parts of his children in a bag.

The death toll is over 5,000 with over a thousand of them being children, fucking innocent children.

Screams are filling the air and the streets are running red with the blood of innocents and you think the actions of one group are somehow justification for this?

Fuck everyone who stands with Israel.

It's eliminationist.

Ken Paxton wants a list of trans people who have changed their name in Texas so he can reverse all of those decisions (and that's the most charitable interpretation). Ron DeSantis wants a list of college students who have sought affirming care so he can force them to detransition.

Oklahoma introduced a bill to forcibly detransition people under the age of 21 (ironically doing what they accuse us of doing, forcing someone to live as the wrong gender). Texas has a new bill that will ban gender affirming care for every Texan of any age and makes it a felony for doctors to provide it. Multiple states either have passed or will pass bills that will ban legal name changes. Some states have slipped in language to anti-drag bills (which are horrific enough on their own) that ban anyone from displaying, presenting, or dressing outside their "biological" gender (one state has language about "DNA gender") in public.

It's about legally and morally mandating trans people out of existence.

Plain and simple. It's about making sure that trans people can not exist. Period. It's not about restrictions, or "think of the children!" It's about eliminating us from public life and then eliminating us from private life so that we have a choice of either die or conform.

When will y'all realize this isn't some wedge issue or a political football that they'll just give up on if they lose an election or two. These are ideologues who are singularly focused. They don't care about the marketplace of ideas. They don't give a shit if they get mocked on lefty Twitter and the late night shows. They only care about one thing: gaining and then wielding power to achieve their goal of eliminating trans people (and then gay people, and then women who don't conform to their gender standards, ect).
