2:23 pm  -  sometimes you just have to take it2:24 pm  -  you just take it and take it and take it until you can’t anymore. till the point where you’re just lying there wondering what just went on for the past thirty or so minutes2:27 pm  -  might even leave your legs shaking sometimes. but i swear that is a good thing. that’s how you know its working the right way.2:30 pm  -  then you take a nap and shake it right off. right as rain. 2:30 pm  -  nothing like a good run in the morning to start your day

- is it MANDATORY to go to that overwatch ball or whatever?- because i really don’t want to go- and i may or may not already be prepping a plane in the hangar- FOR PRACTICE OF COURSE !
