Harsh and quick sex has penetrated the world. The mainstream sex culture has left many vaginas traumatized and unenthusiastic to have any sex. Too often the art of making love is confused with the imaginary produced mainly by the pornindustry. This imaginary of the porn industry, that we encounter all over often portrays scenes where the female body is subjucated  to strong and brutal touch. The extremely sensitive tissue of the vagina loses her high sensitivity and with that women lose their interest in sex altogether.

At worst a vicious cycle is created. Many men are ignorant of the true art of making love and with little knowledge of female physiology, and many women just put up with that all, not having the courage or the words to speak up, sometimes not even being able to respect and listen to their own body and needs. Sexual intelligence should be thought as any life skills.

Too often women are penetrated before they are sexually ready to invite anyone or anything inside. The friction causing mechanical back and forth movement of the penis or object inside the vagina only makes the vaginal tissues to contract and desensitise even more. Even women themselves might just play along with all this not knowing anything better to ask for. The healing of the vagina starts with the introduction of slow sex.
