why is finnfern considered incest by almost everyone i know doesnt like it. like. my dude. my pal. ferns body is made of grass why the fuck would he have finns dna. he looks like him because a sword with finns past self merged with his cursed sword. thats not genetics, its magic.
and it’s not selfcest. sure, fern USED to be finn, but by the time that the two swords become a sentient being he’s not Finn anymore, he might not realize it yet because his memoreis are the same, but he’s not the same person. he’s Fern. he’s his own person. this was literally his entire fucking arc about finding his identity
