Hey writers. I hate to break it to you, but sometimes the thing holding you back from writing isn't some profound piece of advice you have yet to hear. Sometimes the thing holding you back is you. Give yourself freedom to rest when you need it, but if you want to be a writer, you have to write. That means getting rid of the distractions, letting yourself get a little bored, and doing the actual writing.

There is a certain level of discipline required. I'm not saying the goal yourself 500 words a day, but I'm saying that if you want to write, you have to write, and you have to make an effort to write. You may have to carve out time to write and then be disciplined about using that time for writing.

Looked up a bunch of publishing houses, and only found 2 agents i'd submit my manuscript too. Lol. Unfortunately, this is just a sort've...test? I can't do it now. I'd have to make a query letter and edit the manuscript more times than i have. It's been left on a third draft for sometime. :/

the worst part about ocd and ocd-like tendencies is that you think hyper-analyzing your thoughts and constantly psychoanalyzing yourself will fix you but that's actually part of the disorder. it's the disorder. disordering.

my sister left. idk where.

and i can't leave cause adjusting to these meds are making me shaky and weak.

My siblings leave for 2 weeks, and I need to get food since I don't drive, and taking a cab is too much for my social anxiety.
