The world is kinda crazy rn, everyone is quarantined but I still have to go to work.

I’m stress eating A LOT and gain so much weight I feel so bad

I’m trying to find the motivation, but I can’t stop binge eating I hate it

I’ll try harder

I got a new job and I’m very active at work. I lost some weight but my scale is broken I don’t know how much.

I don’t think too much about how I eat and honestly it feels weird and kinda good sometimes, but in the end I’m still happy that my stomach looks flat (kinda).

Sometimes eating isn’t that bad, but I still try to control it.

It’s been a week since I’m back on track.

My friend told me that I look like I lost weight, damn this feels good. (I know that I probably lost like 500g (1lbs) but still)

I’ve eaten too much tonight, but I don’t feel too bad about it, the motivation is this here.
