all of them still have their roles in the epf and other stuff but like its just their personality/design that changes
His personality is more similar to his first day as an agent (like in Missing coins PSA mission), staying more nervous and getting overly cautious but as he tries to prevent any mistakes he may get caught up in that, ending up making mistakes anyways and losing focus on PSA missions.
More talkative and impulsive, Herbert’s faster at making plans and doesn’t hesitate to attack. He tries to be more “cool” likes to one up the EPF more just to show off. Though he hates Club Penguin parties he usually secretly throws his own parties (only him and Klutzy are invited).
Though he is still brave and adventurous, he’s less likely to talk about his pirate adventures and is a lot more sneaky. He’s a lot more stoic and less likely to show off except in his overly fancy clothes.
A silent but cool DJ, mainly focused on her job and doesn’t like to be disturbed. still she’s pretty close with the Penguin Band and admires them a lot.
Director/Aunt Arctic - Rookie
She’s a lot more laid back and tries her best to keep her agents happy, mainly giving them what they want which usually helps but sometimes due to her gullible nature villains and other EPF enemies can trick her. Trying to keep the EPF in order, she struggles with plans and works overtime but she’s pretty lucky and sometimes being clumsy does her as her mistakes do lead her to catching the villains.
(She’s kinda like CJ from Brooklyn nine nine)
He’s eager and loves to chat, usually hanging out with other agents and friends. Still very adventurous and loves to go on missions, sometimes getting a bit too reckless though.
She’s a lot more grumpy and stern but still a nice person though not much of a puffle lover, she’s good at training them but is not someone who’d have pets themself (she’s also allergic but its okay). A lot more focused on her job, she’s not as friendly as before unless she’s pretty close with them.
He’s pretty quick to fight and a lot more brave, building his inventions faster and usually they are a bit more dangerous. He’s very prideful in his inventions and is eager to go on missions more though he loves to be by himself and his inventions he’s quick to show them off just with “no touching”.
