Tippetarius is the rightful queen of Oz, the dead king's only daughter, lost years ago in the earliest days of the Wizard's coup, finally returned to the throne. There's just one problem: the child they've recovered isn't a girl.
All Tip wants to do is play in the gardens, join Dorothy the Witch Slayer on her adventures, and track down his missing mother, preferably from the comfort of his own body. But Oz is a fairy land, inexorably linked to the fairy family who has sat on its throne for countless generations. No other descendants survive. The throne must be Tip's, and Oz needs a queen, not a king, to heal the damage inflicted by the Wizard.
