omg first of all thanksss <3 I watch a lot of movies, I actually graduated film school this summer lol Italian neorealism/modern film, Japanese horror from 1950-60 is the best thing ever, also Czech and Hungarian films from 1960 up until the 80's (these are mostly black and white btw) David Lynch I adore if I had to choice which movie has the best cinematography i actually would have to give it to my homegirl: The Round-Up by Jancsó Miklós (1966), the movie itself might seem boring, especially if you are not familiar with its context, but it's worth it because of its cinematography, i don't think anything compares to it also anything Wong Kar-Wai
