Unfortunately for me, my field placement has been suspended because of coronavirus. I even did not the opportunity to say goodbye to my team personally. 

Your attitude is important! 

Always remember this! Your smile is your visitor card! Positive thinking is what makes feel move in the right way. Be polite. Always. The customer is always right. Let the customer be a part of the solution. 

What I have learned today is every girl who is coming to our boutique is looking for a special dress for her special day. 

Today I made sure that my bride feels special during her researching 😘 

My team and I made a true little party for bride and her bridesmaids with champagne and music. Nice talk about wedding preparation and flowers around, good company if the face of her friends made Victoria feels like a queen.

Today is a full day of fun!  

Today I was using social media as a way to corporate with online customers! Love it! 

So, what I have done is an online poll on Instagram with dresses and different accessories. Visitors should choose what math is better and which of looks they would choose for own wedding. 

Have to notice, it helped to increase activity in our account. 

Today my team and I were learning how to use social media for work purposes. Nowadays, using different social platforms could be a great opportunity to show your product to the world and increasing the number of visitors. 

 1. Listen well! 

Customers want to know that they are heard and understood. 

2. Every person is unique!

Make your customers feel at home. 

3. Learn how to apologize. 

No one can be right 100% always. Mistakes will happen. The important thing is how you handle those mistakes.

4. Use the name. 

It would be great if you use the personal name of the customer, so they feel important. 

5. Always act like a professional. 

Professionalism is not about your job title. It is about the way you carry yourself and how you behave around your customers.
