Guys I have fallen so off track this week all I did was binge. Back on track from tomorrow. I have a plan I know it will work I have done this before. 8k-10k steps daily and 500 cals a day, up to 1000 cals a day max 2 days a week if and only if I have a lot of work. I will update the calorie and step count daily. Please please please someone hold me accountable please please I hate hate myself for eating.
going on a trip with friends today, im not even hungry anymore going to try sticking to 200 today and tomorrow we have a whole day out to the mountains so while there is good it is also going to keep me busy and avoid food yay + so many stepsssssss, I was so sad about the trip initially since I was scared about the food but this is a good distraction
