Hiii omg!

Thank you! I’m having one of my anxiety nights randomly and thought I’d pop in and found this.

Unsure if anyone remembers me. But just wanted to pop in and say hi to anyone still here. I’m doing great!!!

I’ve got a great group of friends. And recently got a new job after being let go two months ago. That was a first in life and shocking as it was our whole marketing team but the new job pays better and it’s a much better role.

Also me and my girlfriend celebrated 1 year together this March and we are going to be moving in together in August.

I’m really good! Family is decent, and job is stable which is nice! Still have lots of friends in my life. Overall life is really good.

My girlfriend and I just hit 8 months together officially. And next week we are going to Jamaica together!

I’m doing great. I don’t have tumblr as a app on my Home Screen anymore so I have to search for it to use tumblr.

However. I’m doing amazing. I can’t remember what I last updated on. But I have an AMAZING girlfriend now. We official.

I just went to Seattle last weekend and saw Taylor swift and OMG she was amazing.

I think he knows. I haven’t shared much online but maybe someone could piece it together.

Honestly I don’t care if he knows. The only time I think about him is when she does something and I remember how I wanted him to do that and he wouldn’t.

Like the other day she just randomly opened the car door for me to get in. I remembered how I once saw a couple out and her boyfriend opened the door for her and I knew kickball guy wouldn’t have ever done that for me at the time and was so sad.

we met through tinder first but like I always do I didn’t meet up with her before ghosting off the app. But the last time I hosted a shy girl event she showed up. I mustered up the courage to then check tinder and message her.

We obviously hit it off and have been essentially inseparable since. I feel great she’s everything I ever wanted, and treats me so good. Like she gets up in the morning and makes me my coffee. Last night we were doing a puzzle together and she gave me a back massage. I feel really serious about her. And she feels the same about me. She told me about how her friend asked if she thought her and I were going to be really serious and she told them “I think this might be a forever serious thing”. We talk about everything and while we’ve agreed we have no desire to move in together anytime soon, but we already discuss moving in and marriage and what that would look like.

I’m really good! My job is going well. I enjoy the company and the work isn’t bad!

Yeah honestly. I’m definitely going to be in a relationship eventually with her and I wouldn’t be surprised if I fall in love with her.

She even said last night, we were kissing and making out and then she just stopped looked at me and said “you’re going to be my girlfriend” 🥰 I’m just going to gush about her because she makes me melt and is so good to me.

We’ve moved beyond the awkwardness of wondering if the other person likes each other and just started having frank conversations about our feelings. I was slightly unsure if I was feeling this way because have never been in a relationship or anything close, yet alone with a woman, or if this was genuinely special. But she said that she’s never felt like this and she’s been in two longer relationships which feels nice knowing it’s just different for both of us. She also said she hasn’t for a moment felt unsure about me or seen any red flags/things that make her uneasy. She said “Those other guys really took you for granted. I’m going to treat you so good.” But also made a comment like “they say behind every guy who won’t there is a lesbian who will” and I told her “maybe, but I don’t think I feel this way because of that, I think I feel this way because of YOU.” Yesterday she came and picked me up at work and helped me take home my new computer monitors and said “never feel bad for asking me to help you”

It was good! My first day was a bit much with meetings but I feel good about it. Today was good as well, but I finally got to see my office and it’s not finished but it’s kinda incredible! The space is so huge and cool. It’s going to be one of those cool tech working spaces with like co working areas and whatnot.

Well I used to think I had an insecure attachment style.

And in some ways I do still, but the thing is once you meet the right person being an insecure doesn’t mean anything anymore. I’m diverting the conversation but with this new girl, I feel secure because she makes me feel like it. I always thought I was just so insecure but I wasn’t. It was bad guys who refused to give me enough who made me insecure.

I’ll share work stuff first but I start on Monday!!!

Moving on. AHHH it went so good with her. I didn’t dress up because I chickened out but it was still great. She was super loopy because she gets motion sickness on planes so she takes gravol and CBD oil. So she was all silly and sleepy. She was cute too because I made her blush and she was like “I still get so nervous around you” 🥺🥺🥺 she also got me little gifts which I’m still shocked by. She got me a candle, a knit cover for my potted plants, and a cute little mug that matches one she got. AND the cutest one a key chain that is related to Taylor Swift.

We met up yesterday too since it was my last day at work and we went shopping and to the crocs store to get a matching jibbitz. Which is so fucking adorable, and then for dinner. We went to her place for a bit but then she confessed she liked my place better because it’s bigger and a bigger couch plus her cats tend to get into things when we are there so less distractions. We go back to mine and eventually start making out HEAVILY and it was just SO NICE.
