It’s finally HERE!

So what is this you wonder? It is a first third of clean UI release, currently in beta testing phase. What does it include? Well, here’s the list:

- Completed Game Intro Loading Screen (separate download) - Complete Main Menu - Complete Save Loading Screen - Complete Buy mode (without blueprints) - Complete Build mode (without blueprints) - Most of live mode in progress (without most of EP content)

That’s 30% of it complete already. Here’s some images of it:

Issues with this build: - going into CAST in build/buy gets rid of half camera control background graphic - career tab days off are colored light blue and are thus barely readable These are two issues that don’t seem to be easily fixable but for final release I’ll try my best.

I have always loved this hair, especially on this specific sim here, but I personally thought the texture of it was a bit too shiny, so I went on to put in my style, and I really like it now!

Animated Open Window Mod by cmomoney on Modthesims

This mod adds an "Open" and "Close" interaction to the "Stray" and "Window of Opportunity" windows, so Sims (YA and up) can open and close them. Just click on the window select "Open", and the Sim will walk over to the window and open it. Click on the window and select "Close", and the Sim will walk over to it and close it.

Download the fixed mod for patch 1.67 by tog37 here. (I have tested this in my own game and it works perfectly.)

'Baddie Socials' Mod for TS3

Excited to be releasing my first interaction mod on Monday 9/29!

I was inspired by several amazing TS4 mods that add custom social menus for realism and added drama, and decided to try to bring that to the Sims 3!

Your sims can quickly make new enemies (or besties) with the use of the new Baddie Socials Menu. The mod uses EA animations (for now) and also adds 12 new custom buffs that will be given to your sims when using any of the 10 new interactions! Each interaction will be fully tunable so that you can adjust the relationship gains, sim availability (age & species), buff behavior, etc.

I am finishing up this mod and will be wrapping up my new 'Elder Socials' mod soon after. I also have quite a few ts4 to ts3 recipe conversions complete that I will hopefully be releasing soon! Note: I'm very new to the modding community so not exactly sure of the protocols around releasing conversions. I'm still waiting on a response from the original creators regarding permission (they will all be released for free as they are not my original mesh).

Functional Pacifiers!

💗This mod makes pacifiers functional in game.

💗Buy a pack of soothing pacifiers from the grocery store

💗Click on the pacifiers, toddler, or baby and choose "Give Pacifier"

💗This is an immediate interaction, meaning the chosen toddler or baby will immediately begin to wear the pacifier

💗Using a pacifier helps increase needs and mood of toddlers and babies, similar to the baby swing

💗Click "Remove Pacifier" on the sim to remove the pacifier.

TW: Sim Deaths

💗I made this mod so that certain careers in The Sims 3 actually carry real risk. Cops can die in the line of duty, criminals can get taken out on the job, firefighters can lose their lives, and military Sims can be randomly deployed for several days with a risky chance of death while deployed.

💗This mod runs completely in the background. Your Sims just go to work like normal and the mod decides who’s coming back, who’s getting deployed, and who’s not making it home.

💗Examples of how you guys could use it:

✨Play a legacy where certain generations are shaped by a tragic on-the-job death. ✨Have a Criminal Sim disappear after a big score goes wrong. ✨Roleplay a Military family where mom or dad is suddenly deployed for 4–12 days, and everyone waits to see if they survive.

💗Core Features:

💗High-Risk Career Fatalities (Background Only) • Law Enforcement – When a cop Sim goes to work, there’s a tunable chance they’ll be killed “in the line of duty.” • Criminal – Criminal career Sims can be killed during dangerous jobs, with a custom notification explaining what happened. • Firefighter – Firefighters risk dying while responding to emergencies. • All career deaths use a tunable death type (kDeathType, default Electrocution)

💗Military Deployments (Not Just Instant Death) • Military Sims are treated differently, they don’t just drop dead at the work door. • In the evening (roughly 6 PM–10 PM), the mod checks active-household Military Sims who are at home. • If they pass the deployment roll (kMilitaryPercent), they’ll go on deployment for several days in the military rabbit hole instead of just living a normal routine. • A notification announces that your Sim has been deployed on an overseas tour of duty.

💗Random Deployment Length (4–12 Days) • Each deployment lasts a random amount of time between kDeploymentMinDays and kDeploymentMaxDays (by default, 4–12 sim days). • The deployment length is stored per Sim, so they won’t get “stuck away forever”
