This is gonna be kinda long, so I'm putting most of the ramble under the cut, but TL;DR the mod would add Simon, Selena, Gabriel, Laurent, and Mathieu as NPCs, as well as a storyline involving them connecting with Pelican Town. I will say I haven't read too far into TRFSB (by my memory I'm about halfway) but the characters are inside my brain now. Also if I say "I'd add" or "I will add" it's a hypothetical, I have no experience coding Stardew mods so I unfortunately can't make this a reality :(
The mod would transplant the cast into the world of Stardew rather than transplanting Pelican Town into TRFSB-verse. Not sure if they keep the Dracula rivalry, but they definitely still hunt monsters. In fact, they'd live in the Mountains, in an area added behind the Adventurer's Guild.
The Belmont estate wouldn't be immediately accessible to the player. Ideas for unlocking the area range from "it's open all the time and the player just has to wait for the landslide to be cleared" to "player has to clear the way themselves". There'd be a small forest leading up to the estate where forageables would only rarely spawn. At some point with high enough hearts dialogue reveals the Belmonts forage most of the items there. The Estate itself would function as a normal house, just bigger.
Upon entering the area for the first time, player is greeted with Mathieu playing in the forest. He's really chill and thinks player is friend shaped. Then Simon shows up and questions you a bit before he decided you're more or less chill. He goes back to the estate with Mathieu, and from there you're free to follow and introduce yourself to everyone else (who say something along the lines of "Simon mentioned you").
Simon and Selena would be friendly to the player. Simon's dialogue would be shorter and he'd be a lot more guarded at first, but would open up over time as the Belmont storyline goes on. Selena is more open at first but she does have to warm up to you seeing as you're new. Neither would be romanceable (unless maybe the player installed a polyamory mod) because they're too in love with each other to even consider separating. Both would like cooked dishes and some food items as gifts. Simon would also like hardwood because he likes to use it for woodworking, and at higher hearts/as quest rewards he may send you furniture he built. Selena would like seeds for gardening and also sometimes send you grown items. Simon might also have garlic as a loved item because it repels vampires. Both would hate monster loot with a passion (although maybe Simon would comment on your ability to go toe-to-toe with a monster).
Gabriel is a little more laid-back than the first two, but not by much. Not really sure what his specific likes and dislikes are, but I think he might like some artifacts. He may also send you some random (non-junk) items at higher hearts. He just gives off a big "I saw this cool rock and I thought of you, do you want it?" vibe to me. He would also like garlic and dislike monster loot. He's also the only member of the core group who would be romanceable (unless he gets a love interest later, again I'm about halfway through Requiem)
Laurent is the hardest to get to know. He really doesn't like you at first because you're so new to the flow of things. In fact, it's actively harder to befriend him until you get further into the Belmont storyline, where he gets used to you and the idea that you're helping them. I have even less of an idea of what his likes and dislikes are, except he'd like garlic and even some higher-tier monster loot (something like "You're presenting me a trophy of your adventures? You've got spirit!" but in more Laurent-like words). He may occasionally post monster bounty quests as well.
Mathieu is a lot like Vincent: excitable and spirited, except he's training to hunt monsters. He'd probably like monster loot ("Whoa! That's cool!" or something along those lines) and some other trinkets/artifacts similar to his parents. He also posts monster bounty quests, but his motive is more to hear the story behind it and see how it's done.
Other Requiem characters may be included (Sofia and possibly Claude come to mind) but I don't have any concrete ideas for them yet. (I might try to come up with a place for Dracula just to be mean)
The Belmonts' storyline would involve them getting to trust the people of Pelican Town again. Even in this universe they're feared for what they do. Actually just for that I may keep the Dracula rivalry just to add to their legend. The only ones who they're chill with are Marlon and Gil and it's because they run the Adventurer's Guild. As the player slowly befriends them and earns their trust, the family feels safer trying to contact Pelican Town again. Once they have high enough hearts with both the Belmont family and somme of the townsfolk, they start actually connecting with people. Mathieu goes first and easily befriends Jas and Vincent, and Selena starts having tea with Caroline on the weekends. Simon and Robin get a friendly rivalry about woodworking. They start going to doctors' appointments at Harvey's clinic. Abigail even comes up to them and asks to train with them to fight monsters (she gets her ass handed to her but this only makes her like the fact that the Belmonts are serious about monster hunting). They may even connect with the Wizard.
In terms of schedule, they'd mostly stay in the Estate/on the grounds at first. Even after the storyline is completed they only sometimes go into town, but they will start showing up on festival days. They only have a low chance to go to Ginger Island once it's unlocked because of their whole monster-hunting thing. Occasionally Simon will go to the Mines and come back late; player gets less monster encounters on those days.
Simon and Laurent have special dialogue if the player has monsters enabled on their farm. If the farm starts with them, they'll be concerned and warn you to stay safe at night. If you enable them manually at the Witch's Hut, they'll just be like "?????????????".
They'll also be aware of the Junimos in the community center, but they're ambivalent because they're not harming anyone. The mod would not add a new bundle.
The mod would also be cross-compatible with some other mods like Stardew Valley Expanded, just so the game is playable.
Sorry for the wall of text, I just had Thoughts about these characters and I wanted to yap about my idea for a mod with them
