Broken Family: In Alex’s childhood her mother( Eleanor) groomed her to be the perfect pharmacist, to be the perfect worker, to be the perfect soldier basically just being perfect. Her father ( Mason) had an issue with that arguing day and night with his wife, wanting Eleanor to stop mistreating his daughter and just love her for who she was. Soon he gives up on his wife wanting to take Alex away from her, but young Alex never wanted to be away from her mom. Eleanor would take it that Alex is taking away her husband. All young Alex wanted was to make her mother proud and love her. Even after what Eleanor did to her deep down Alex still wants her mother’s love

Found Family: Mars and Chuck are technically being the closest. With Mars her adopted cousin she was a toddler and Chuck being her adopted brother. Jacob, her grandpa and second living blood relative. She still sees the other burners as her family Texas being her best friend since childhood is basically a little brother. Dutch a cousin in spirit, that she bickers with occasionally. Julie is a younger sister in spirit and someone she sees herself in due to their toxic parents. Tennie is another younger sister in spirit Since Alex watched over her when she was eight years old and Tennie was four. But what about Mike?

Future Family: Alex is now in her forties and happily married to Mike Chilton. She still works as a pharmacist but it is at her own pace. Mike works as a famous race car driver. The two lovebirds have time to enjoy her children (15) Samir Cunningham-Chilton and ( 15) Masha Cunningham-Chilton. She promised herself that she would never make her mother’s mistake and love her kids. The couple can finally live in peace away from Kane and any other threats.
