My mum just recently bought 100 acres of land in Nimbin, so a few months ago I headed up to visit her and my brother. This is the pad that my Brother and his partner live in right now. On terms of access to electricity and water, It’s like trying to build a house in the middle of a football feild. Duuvy and Katie have done a great job finding there own source of water, sewerage and electricity with out having to pay bills for it.
