Demon Will’s Home
basically how i see Will living in my au
to begin, he owns an antique / art store (a cover up to house his many art pieces he’s collected over the years) he’s always admired humans art so he got a habit of collecting it.
very warm lighting, many lamps. almost no wall space is left due to his constant collecting. if there’s no wall space he’ll find a spot to stack frames together till he finds a proper spot. he has many sculptures and taxidermy as well. (he admires all life, even after death)
for his bedroom it’s less cluttered due to most his clutter be held downstairs. above his store is only a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and small living area.
his room is very put together, his messiest area would be his personal work desk and his closet. he probably has a section in his livingroom that’s just a big shelf full of records and just music he’s collected over the years.
his kitchen is small, he doesn’t usually hold a lot of food or have very much use for it. he eats on occasion, not super often unlike mike. when he knows mike is visiting he’ll stock up on things he knows he likes. he’s actually a good cook even if he doesn’t practice much.
mike has fed into his “hoarding” quite a bit. wills most sacred items are kept upstairs in his room, most of what mike has given him is up there.
will has never bought a cat, but he’s had many many cats over the years due to him befriending strays and them becoming his “store cats.” due to his love of cats mike has bought him a kitten or two over the years. mike isn’t particularly fond of cats but he’s grows to love them unconditionally (same as he did for will)

This was my idea from a few months ago when I was day dreaming at work so it’s nothing crazy LMAO:
Demon!Will and Angel!Mike AU where Will is praying on humans and collecting their souls. A powerful lieutenant of hell, one of their best, His beauty and charm is addicting and all consuming, causing so many weak humans to fall into the trap.
Mike is tasked by heaven to put a stop to his antics as the souls continue to disappear. An angel of order, of structure, of morals, of purity. He begins to stalk Will, watching and waiting for the perfect time to kill him. But when the time finally comes, Mike can’t do it. There’s something about Will’s hazel eyes and his perfect lips that are so intoxicatingly beautiful that Mike is convinced he can’t be a demon. That he can’t be corrupt. He surely has to be one of heavens most divine creations.
Will finds himself surprised that he doesn’t hate the angel… and develops a sense of curiosity for Mike, Loathing the fact that he’s drawn to Mike’s innate sense of morality and faith, and mortified that their closeness and new found relationship is making Will question his allegiance and purpose in this universe. (It also helps that Mike is literally one of Michelangelo’s sculptures what with his blatant celestial beauty.)
An unlikely pairing, and unlikely chemistry. The battle of good vs evil, toeing the line between sin and virtue. And they learn it’s okay to, maybe, have a little bit of both.

and another boy who complete strangers took one look at him and thought he was an associate of the devil, for simply not being the way than they want him to. a boy who feels just at the demon as they say he is, because he doesn't fit their image.
(they don't see the boy whose falling, falling, falling down into the depths of boiling water, trapped underneath the surface within his own mind.)

Sometimes I get sad that the inevitable passage of time will erode at byler nation until it's small and the gates and variants are all forgotten and no one cares anymore. And then I remember I'm still in the BBC Merlin fandom so
