Or my how I came up with a Doom&Exorcist crossover. I only just need to watch my favorite movie for the …th time to notice WHO exactly played Goat. And once I notice I just couldn’t stop thinking about how that mission could have been Marcus’ “past life”, figuratively speaking. Like Marcus Keane used to be an operative in some special task force and he with his team were sent to some secret base where they did dig a way to Hell, and he was possessed, but fought tooth and nail to get back (which he did) and then he got into religion (which is also quite canonical to Doom the Movie, different, yes, but still canon) and became Father Marcus.
