I do think a calendar systme are impactful ways to measure something in linear time

Idk the last day of my life I didn’t think “I want to kill myself” not just my twenties or something like really a while. Makes it difficult for me to trust the professionals dedicated to eradicating those thoughts. If I’ve met with various therapists and psychiatrists and nothing has changed, I think I logically DO have to change everything about myself to feel better!

hmm maybe having enemies/disliking ppl/not wanting to be on EVERYONE good side is ok or better. regardless i hate hurting others and idk how to not feel like a complete failure that in turn should immediately alter EVERYTHING abt myself.
