((I’m gonna redo this blog now. I thought about this for quite some time and the lack of a backstory and the really old threads I had still bug me a little. It’s still my first blog and I kinda messed up a lot on it so I wanna try again. Especially after this long break I had now. If wished, the relationships will be transferred to my new blog of course! I’m fond of every relation my Muse made so just tell me what you’d like better~

Scylla yawns and flops down on Silver's couch. Under her arm is an egg and a riolu is laying on her side. Almost as soon as her head hits the couch, she is out cold.

Silver stretched when he entered his house, a few hours after Scylla’s arrival, obviously tired from his long training session. Everything he wanted right now was to flop down on his couch and watch TV. Well.. When do things work out the way you want them?

He stared at the sleeping girl, blinking a few times, before sighing and nudging her to wake up. Though he was sure, this was a lost cause. He was being curios though. He never saw that Riolu before! And was that an Egg? She should wake up and tell him… and get away from his TV place.

“Hey… Scylla! Wake up!”

She squeals happily and scoots over to make sure there is room on the couch for Silver to sit as well.

“really? I texted Gold once or twice a week to say I’m still alive. Maybe I was to far down in mount Chimney and Mount Moon when I texted him and it didn’t go through…. Anyways! The Riolu is Metis. Some dude just walked up to me and plopped her egg down into my lap and walked off without an explanation. Before I could track him down, she hatched and imprinted on me, so she’s convinced I’m her mama. Which I am now, cause she’s my baby~”

Scylla smiles and hugs Mitis, who licks her cheek.

“And the egg? I got it a few days ago on my way here. I kinda passed out and when I woke up, this egg was on my bag. I spent a few hours looking for who it might belong to before I just decided to keep it.”

Silver sat beside her when she made room for him and turned a little to her. Oh yes. Those texts... Weren't really helping him to stay calm. Any one week she didn’t at all. Did she stay in those mountains for weeks??

Silver shook his head to shake of the thoughts before he turned his attention to the Riolu, Metis, who was just introduced to him. He smiled at the sight of Scylla and the Riolu, she looked so proud.

“I see.. though it’s not the safest to take an egg from a stranger... she looks very healthy. You did a very good job.”

When Scylla mentioned to the other egg Silver’s gaze turned to it and he inspected it for a few seconds.

“Maybe someone lost it? Or was afraid of the consequences of having a baby Pokemon? I don’t know.. Well I’m sure you’ll do good at that too.”

The Riolu watches him seriously as he enters, tilting her little her. At this point, Scylla was starting to have another nightmare. When nudged by Silver, she wines and clings tighter to the egg. Though, when he yells, she jerks awake, almost falling off the couch. She grins widely and pushes herself into a sitting position.

“dad~! It’s been a long time since I was in Johto so I decided to visit. I hope you don’t mind. Oh! And I have SO MUCH to tell you!”

There are still dark circles under her eyes, though she dosn’t care as she wraps her arms around the orange egg.

Silver took a step back at Scylla’s sudden enthusiasm but then let out a small laugh. He wasn’t used to this behavior when she just woke up, although, he could relate. He too was happy to see her again after all! And man was he worried. Sometimes he wouldn't even let Gold sleep because of all the ramblings what could have happened to her.

“Well I’m sure of that. You didn’t really contacted us all the time! I was- We were worried! But hey, let’s start with this little one who’s watching me all the time and then get to the egg huh?”
