one day youre fine. next, youre crying over what could've been.

annoyed that this isnt what you planned.

of course, you shouldve known.

life is just impossible to plan.

well, obviously, but they dont prep you for that, huh?

it hurts in the way the summer heat starts to sting after feeling oh so good just a moment ago.

but, eventually, maybe, the stinging goes away and everything feels fine.

until it starts stinging again next summer, because of course it does.

it hurts like hell. everyone's endured it once. everyone's refused sunscreen because this summer "i'm tougher", but you never are.

we all make the same mistake year after year, and we all come back with little tidbits to make it better.

aloe vera, lotion, water

I am sleepy. but i can never sleep.

when i do sleep. i get tired again quickly.
