Beautyifful From the Footer to the Snooter

I’m not leaving here immediately, in fact it’s gonna be pretty hard saying goodbye to what (unfortunately) has been my primary social media site for like five or so years now. But I think it’s safe to say this “rahhh we can’t fix the actual problems with our website SO NO NSFW ANYTHING NO NO PORN NO ALL OF IT BANNED” bullshit is the final straw that might break this hellsite. As much as I hate the format, I’m probably gonna have to bite the bullet and become actually active on Twitter. Unless, of course, a decent Tumblr alternative shows up.

To advertise SP’s entrance to railroading’s Midwestern mecca, the railroad set up a publicity shot at Amtrak’s 18th Street Yard in downtown on July 17, 1992. They provided a new GP60, and wanted images that said ‘SP and Chicago’.”

I’m logging off for the protest on the 17th, but I decided I’d stay off for a week. I then realized that I’m leaving on a trip to visit family during that time, and won’t be back for a bit longer than that.
