faith still found herself frequenting the graveyard to start her patrols - despite this world showing that vampires don't need to be buried to be turned. but it was the job of the slayer to make sure the island was safe. not that she did much slaying these days. there were vamps, werewolves and even dragons roaming about. she was itching to kill something. hell, even just fight something at this point. but it was too dangerous to go around slaying those powerful vampires that were in town. usually she was completely alone here, so obviously when faith saw someone else, she had to check it out. "then you must not come here that often," faith responded, folding her arms. "i'm here most nights. usually to make sure no one is here doing anything.... strange. but that's not you, right? because being in a graveyard at 12am is a totally normal thing for people to do," she challenged lightly, but clearly showing she had some distrust. @wastelcndbby

"I am not one to brag....well much, but look at this. Isn't this the most beautiful you've ever seen." Tessa chuckled, giving a soft smile. "I managed to get all of my work done for the week and now I get to coast for the last few days till the weekend. My boss is gonna be so happy."

"well fucking done," lip spat sarcastically. "some of us don't have that luxury and have to work all week." was he salty he was working six out of the seven days this week? yes. but he needed the money. "what are you telling me for?" @ineffablexxgayxx

"it's a tuesday afternoon and this is a shitty diner," lip countered. maybe it was just the demeaner of the other, but lip instantly disliked people who flashed that they had money. which seemed like this guy did. "important to eat a burger?" @violentdelightstheseviolentends

judith settles into the stool that's behind lip with a small shrug. "i'm bored, can i press the button?" she asks, popping another piece of popcorn in her mouth before offering him the box as well. "besides, i have 0 interest in watching my uncle make heart eyes at his future girlfriend, if he ever gets his shit together." the girl says with a small shrug. "so, can i please just sit here until you get off?"

"now i don't know about that," lip said, as he pressed the button to start the ride once again. "i went through a very hard, hour of training for this. takes an expert. i dunno if you have what it takes," he teased. "but yeah sure, whatever. that does sound shit. i get off in half an hour anyway, actually." @tclerateiit

"Oh." Hannah spoke, her back goes rigid at the sight of the nurse. At least she appeared far friendlier than her co-workers. Then again, working in a hospital must be exhausting. "Yeah, I'm probably not an emergency considering..." she holds up her wrist, "I strained it, I hope. Because if it's a break, I'm in serious trouble." It was bad enough that she hurt herself being stupid, but hospital always freaked her out. She gives a shaky smile to the nurse.

niamh could feel the hesitation in the other immediately. she had been around plenty of patients who were scared of hospitals. "well everyone is an emergency to me, darlin'," she said reassuringly. "may i examine the wrist?" niamh asked, taking a few steps forward, looking over the injury with her eyes. it didn't quite look inflamed enough for a break, but she couldn't be sure yet. "you may need an x-ray though. how did it happen?" @tragcdyfallen

when niamh heard the frantic knocking, she knew it could only be one of her siblings. when she opened the door, she took the gift with no issue. "good morning saoirse," niamh greeted her sister. she was used to this from her and never complained. always accepting when saoirse came round with herb bundles or tonics. they surprisingly complimented each other, despite niamh practicing medicine. "i am quite well this week, how are you? thank you, for the rosemary. i'll keep it on me." @wastelcndbby

crowley had assured the officer that he was fine since the moment the crash happened. he hadn't been paying attention and crashed his Bentley into another car and cause a small pile up. "I think we should be more concerned about my car rather than myself. who stops in the middle of the street? my baby is smashed."

niamh took a small breath, not wanting to dismiss the other's concerns but focused more on their care. "ah, so you were in a crash? you may have a concussion. may i run a couple of cognitive tests?" she asked politely. "i am sorry about your car. is it completely ruined? hopefully insurance can cover it," she said with a smile, getting out her pen light in order to do some simple eye tests. @ineffablexxgayxx

niamh instantly headed to the door, smiling as she heard the voice. it had become a new familiar one, a new member of her family. she had instantly taken a liking to finn. he seemed kind and more importantly, he made ciaran happy. that was enough for niamh to welcome him. "you could never bother me," she said, as she greeted him. her smile grew into a grin as he produced the bouquet and she took them gratefully. "oh finn, they're beautiful!" niamh exclaimed. "thank you." she took a sniff off them before heading to the kitchen to replace the ones on her table. "would you like some tea? and some cake? i have a lemon loaf cake, freshly baked this morning!" @wastelcndbby

"oh no, nowhere near as disciplined as them," cassie said, suddenly pulling knowledge of the greek warriors out of her mind that she didn't know she had before. but at the name of spartan, cassie seemed to know a lot about them. "it's not quite that serious. i just want to beat the final level on an arcade game. i've been stuck on it for weeks." @wastelcndbby

"Oh? You notice me?" It was instinctive to tease her, to fall back into old routines. West cleared his throat, suddenly embarrassed. "Yeah, I like having someone on mine too." He hummed quietly as he took a sip of his drink. They were both always awake at all hours of the night, it felt comforting to have her with him like this. "Yeah, shit is creepy as hell." He laughed slightly in an attempt to seem unbothered. "You might know them." He added with a small shrug. He sure as hell knew who his were, at least. "You could try describing them to me, maybe?"

she couldn't help but let a small smile slip onto her lip at his tease. it had been so easy to be herself with him. tease and be dramatic and get the same energy back. cassie had never had anything like it before. "cute guy that agrees to go roller blading with me after dark? hard not to notice," cassie responded, maybe a little too honestly. "yeah, it is..." she hesitated for a moment, not sure where to bother west with her problems. but after another big gulp of her drink, she described the awful guy she'd been seeing. "and it's mostly him. but sometimes i see someone that looks just like me. but like, the male version. then the ghost of two others. i don't... i really don't recognise any of them but every time i see them i just want to... well, do something stronger than weed." it wouldn't be the first time. cassie had done hard substances before. but the way these visions made her feel - well, it made her want to take too many. @envicd

"I fail to see how you destroying a microwave is something I should be panicking about." Kaz raised a brow, studying the other curiously. "Were you at least able to put out the fire?"

"well, i mean considering it could have been disastrous," cassie exaggerated. "like imagine i blew up my whole work place. that would not look good for any future references. but yes, i managed to put out the fire, dispose of the microwave and replace it. no one has to know." @allthatglxtters

"it takes more than that to scare me, john." emori says softly, brushing some of his hair out of his fac after a moment, they had been through so much together. so much trauma, and they ahd always came out on the other side. even when john had tried to push her away up in space when they were stuck there. she should have known they would have always found each other. "it's not troubling me john." she says tilting her head up to look at him. "if it's something that's bothering you, we should talk about it."

"i know it does - i tried once remember?" john joked. he had tried to push her away in space. but of course it didn't last. even if they hadn't ended up back on the ground, john was certain he'd have gone crawling back to her. "emori, it's fine," he reassured her, taking her hand. "just bad memories. but we don't need to think about it. we survived. and here, we're great. nothing to be troubled about." @tclerateiit

she hadn't seen many people from home, from hawkins. maybe that was for the best. she didn't know if she could face them when the only thing she could think about was the fact that they all believed she was dead. she knew they would never forgive her for putting them through that. but kali had understood, and she was right. there had only been one way out. she moves to grab her things from the table at the cafe, desperate to get back to her small apartment when she nearly slams into the older man. desperate to make a quick apology, and get out of there, any words she could say near dies on her throat. "steve." she manages to get out staring up at him in near fear.

steve had barely been paying attention, one hand wrapped loosely around a cup, the other digging in his pocket for change when someone bumped into him. "whoa. hey, watch it-" the words had come out automatically, edged with mild annoyance, until he looked up. and froze. for a second, he didn't move. just stared. "el?" his eyes searched her face quickly, almost frantically, like he was trying to prove to himself she was actually there. "you-" he stopped, jaw tightening, a thousand things clearly hitting him all at once. "we thought you were-" dead. he couldn't finish it. steve took a small step closer without really thinking, his voice dropping. "where the hell have you been?"@tclerateiit
