Pistachio & Chocolate 🤎 - 50 grams dark chocolate - 15 grams corn starch - 35 grams sugar - 240 grams milk - a handful of Antep pistachios Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture has visibly thickened. Transfer the pudding into your serving dish and allow to cool and set about 30 minutes and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
