a bit shy and a bit ashamed. I probably won’t post intake here yet, but I will post my weight, my journey, and things that inspire me to keep going.

It’s finally here! :3 the permanent reminder that I’m taking on the challenge and losing the weight. I can track everything and even use it as a camera shutter when I feel cut enough to take pictures again.

I am so excited for it to be done charging so I can put it on ✨🌸🩷

My first steps tracked will be to the store because Amazon agreed to refund my money and I can get scale batteries there, I hope.

Step 1: Recognise my current weight.

I know it’ll shock me, I haven’t know my weight in years and this should be a big driver, being able to continue to check.

I can feel the difference in my body, I can see it in my face. I need to change, and it shouldn’t be hard to hit my first gw due to how overweight I am now.

Step 2: Track & increase movement

Get a new smart watch to track steps, set a step goal, and note down calories burned.

Think about people you know who have lost stones just walking every day. It could be you.

Step 3: Undisclosed calorie intake.

At this point the amount is barely restriction, but I trust it truly will help me drop pounds.

Step 3: Weight loss meds

You can spend £50 on weed every month but not £35 on weight loss meds? Right.
