I haven't been that obsessed with a media since The Raven Cycle (from which I still haven't recovered to be completely honest), and I'm sooo eager to draw more of the foxes!!
I probably won't have that much time since I'm coming back to school tomorrow for my last year till graduation (It's already such a rush, I predict short nights incoming)ā¦ But I'll manage to find time to draw them anyway.
I actually plan on doing an aftg series of illustrations like this one using the same format and color palette so, expect more! (if I'm not drown in work that is to say)

one of the stories nicky loves telling about the twins (when they're not in the room) is the first time nicky thought he could actually get them to be a family
not too long after they moved into the columbia house, one night, aaron went to andrew's room to ask him something. andrew opened the door wearing one of aaron's t-shirts that he'd stolen when they were moving, and aaron was about to say "hey that's my shirt" but before he could finish andrew slammed the door in his face. nicky heard all this as he was coming up the stairs and when he reached the landing aaron turned, exasperated, and said "he stole my fuckin' t-shirt" and disappeared back into his room.
nicky was trying so hard not to laugh that he had to go back into the kitchen where he eventually started crying a little. this happened four weeks after tilda's crash, one-and-a-half after andrew's DIY rehab scheme, when they'd only just finalized the paperwork for nicky to be their guardian. the twins had had their entire lives ripped apart and tossed in the air in the span of a month or so, and here they were, bickering like siblings that'd been living together their whole lives. andrew still left rooms the moment nicky or aaron walked in them. aaron still rolled his eyes at everything and spent most of his time alone. but they were fifteen and nicky was trying and it was the smallest thing but for a second there, they were family. nicky decided that night that all of this was going to pay off. he called erik and told him the story. he apologised again for leaving but said he didn't regret it. because aaron and andrew had just proven that they were a family worth fighting for
The Minyard-Hemmick Columbia House
OK so @codename-adler made a post about the Columbia House DAYS ago and so I finally finished my project of building it on The Sims (and creating the psu custom content for it hihi).
Even pre-2008 crash and with Eric's help, I don't see Nicky being able to afford a very big or fancy house. From his perspective, this is a place for him to take care of the twins for 2-ish years and leave it with a payable mortgage for for their adult life, staying for college was a happy surprise. So the whole place is very 90s-Tilda's-stuff-and-second-hand-essential, with ugly carpet and even uglier popcorn ceiling.

Sleepy floozies
Trojans again! They all fell asleep after the fourth match Jean insisted on putting or smth like that.
I'm putting the decor version as well, cause I did it entirely and wouldn't want that carpet to be left unseen (I had to do the bg fully cause i couldn't figure out the perspective with their gigantic bodies - then i got carried away). This and the papasan chair, obviously.
Had a lot of fun on this one.
Edit : I had not read tgr chapter 20 before drawing this. Now that I have, I believe those of you who also have can imagine my mental state.
