M! A suicide
TW suicidal thoughts
Shouto looked over him, and he knew something was wrong. But Hitoshi came to him. He came to see him and he needed him to be there.
“You’re always welcome.” He opened the door for him, reaching a hand to Hitoshi.
"...Thanks, love." He gave what was at least an attempt at a smile as he took Shouto's hand. He knew his partner would understand at least some of why he was here.
He squeezed his hand softly. “… can I hug you? Do you want tea?” He asked, wanting to be there for him.
"Please do, and yes please." Hitoshi was already leaning into him in anticipation of the hug, wanting more than anything to be held right now.
Shouto hugged him close, protective, to his chest. His arms were strong and steady around his beloved. “I’m here, Hitoshi. I’m always here.” He promised.
"...I know. I know. I love you." He hugged back tight, taking comfort in Shouto. Just... everything about him. He was here, and he was good, and he was holding him.
Shouto helped him sit down, holding him close and humming soothingly. He always wanted to help.
Hitoshi hummed back softly, otherwise staying quiet for a while. "...I should... probably talk, huh."
He nodded. “I’ll be letting go just to make you tea, okay? I’m right here.” He said softly, squeezing his hand again.
"Okay. I love you." He was quiet, squeezing back before taking his phone out. He needed to text Pa to take the stuff out of his room.
Hizashi replied immediately as Shouto made him tea.
"There's some stuff on my bed. Could you get rid of it for me? I'm with Shouto rn."
“Of course. Do you need anything else? I could get to you.”
"Is Gatorade anywhere?"
“I’ll get her to you.”
"Thanks, pa, love you."
Hizashi came soon enough, placing the cat in his lap and offering him a hug.
He hugged back tight, relaxed by the familiar weight of Gatorade on his lap.
Hizashi held him tight, kissing his head. He was so relieved Hitoshi actually asked for help this time.
Hitoshi leaned into him quietly, not saying anything. He'd asked for help, he'd gotten help, now it was just a matter of getting better.
Hizashi hugged him close, bringing Shouto into the hug as well because he clearly seemed very distressed. Shouto wrapped his arms around Hitoshi as well, both of them just keeping him close.
He felt... very supported. Safe. Nothing bad would happen to him like this.
They’d all keep him safe. They’d help him.
"...Thank you," Hitoshi said very quietly, half asleep.
“Of course. We’re here for you.”
"...I'm just gonna sleep for a bit."
Hizashi nodded. “Get some sleep dear.” He murmured, kissing his head again.
"...Yeah. I will." He laid down, Gatorade stretching across him.
Shouto hugged him gently, covering him with a blanket.
He hugged back, pulling Shouto down to lay with him.
Shouto hugged him close, kissing his head.
“Call me if you need anything, okay?” Hizashi asked softly, tucking them both in.
"...Mhm." He made a tired noise of agreement, giving him a small smile.
Hizashi left, and Shouto kept holding his boyfriend close.
Hitoshi curled into him, Gatorade getting warm between them both.
He held him close, promising love and safety.
He listened quietly, completely silent as he took in his words.
Shouto stayed close, caring and worried. “Get some sleep?” He kept him warm.
"...Yeah. Sleep's a good idea."
Shouto kissed his head, gentle and worried.
