Dark times all around but there are still people out there who love you

October is also Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness month. People don’t like to talk about miscarriages or infant loss; it makes them uncomfortable. But for those of us who have suffered a loss, we need to talk about it. My son lived for a day in the NICU, hooked up to tubes & machines. Letting him go was one of the hardest things I will ever do. If you are a parent (mom or dad) who suffered a miscarriage or infant loss, please don’t be scared to share your story. There are so many of us out here, floating around in different levels of grief. And if you feel so inclined, light a candle on October 15th at 7pm....help create a wave of light around the world to help remember every little soul who was only here for a brief moment.
