Lifetouch, one of the largest providers of school photography services in the United States, has come into focus since the newly released Epstein Files was made public by the US Department of Justice. Lifetouch operates in tens of thousands of schools each year, photographing millions of children and storing those images digitally.

"Under Trump, the Justice Department has also sued several states besides Georgia, demanding that they turn over large volumes of voter data. States have challenged the demands as an unconstitutional infringement on their authority to manage elections. A few judges have tossed out the lawsuits, most recently this week in Oregon."

You may ask why this matters? Read the actual wording of the Constitution.

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

This action also seeks to stomp all over the Tenth Amendment. You know that one about "States Rights". That thing ALL of the GOP have screamed about for decades.
