After a person figures out their racist behavior is wrong, they change the way they interact with racism but not how they perceive it. They end up becoming enablers towards racism that is invisible to them and are completely disconnected from the feelings & trauma that racism leaves on BIPOC.

They hear but they don't listen.

It's very similar to how an abuser realizes that their behavior is bad and changes for the better but once faced with a situation similar to their own, they're most likely going to enable the abuser in the situation cause they have more sympathy towards the abuser than the victim. It's also definitely fueled by relatability.

Black people who have hatred for other races usually comes from a place of fatigue and experience. Black people have been victims to literally every race on earth, not just white people.

Prejudice isn't good to have in general. So no, I'm not saying black folk should be allowed to be prejudiced or "racist" by default. But the "racism" y'all say a black person can have is never an ILLOGICAL hatred. White people can't experience racism cause white people are literally the top of the chain and are MEANT to thrive in a racist system.

No one is saying a white person can't experience racial PREJUDICE. It just isn't racism.
