Ponies from Imperium are a bit different. While most realms share the same features the Imperium ponies are rather different, they are all unicorns, with longer horns than usual that curve inwards. something else to note is that their coats are much longer than regular ponies, having also an rough texture to it that resembles hay.

They most likely evolved differently than regular unicorns, having some stronger dominant genes that helped in making them more equal.

Another thing interesting about Imperium is that they tend to cover up their cutie marks. A consequence of the propaganda surrounding the reign, invdividuality is seen as unworthy and strange to them and since cutie marks are the biggest simbol of individuality they are avoided,covered up and even removed surgically, a trend amongst the rich. It's unusual to see a Imperium pony's cutie mark, scientists even make efforts to find a way to either remove them entirely or avoid it altoguether for future generations.

After Beatrix's reign was over, some of the younger ponies started a fashion revolution to make clothes that accentuate their special talents.

I dont really post art or anything on tumblr, but i drew this for a good friend and i heard the pairing isnt super huge so i think maybe itd be nice to give the people a crumb of their ship. Also im mildly proud of it and im riding the endorphin wave before it crashes.
