so, first is more of a What If scenario I was thinking about. If basically Angel were to save Theo (and bring him with them against his will cause let’s be honest he would NOT go with us willing. How would DD react to a very VERY large somewhat terrifying version of his CatNap, cause we know one of his goals is to make CatNap/Kevin the ONLY CatNap. However this Bigger Body CatNap/Theo would be a very large wall in that goal. and how would Kevin react to Theo as well?

Which leads me to believe that DD and CatNap/Kevin don’t know about the Bigger Bodies Initiative. Yet know there are TONS of CatNaps and DogDays within the factory. My theory is the reason behind there being so many of them is because they were testing each and hand picked them to be the best for the BBI. For example. The differences between Theo Cat and Kevin Cat. It’s not exactly said but hinted at that Theo was an extremely smart child at a young age. And we see this after his operation into CatNap through the game and the conditioning tape on Mob’s YouTube channel. Much like a feline he’s deceptive. Agile. Quick. Smart even if having an ego at times he isn’t someone you should drop your guard around. Easily one of the most hard to beat within all 5 games so far. In comparison to Kevin Cat who is…well, he isn’t dumb but clearly Theo Cat was the better CatNap atleast in my theory of your au.

DD would see Theo as enemy #1. The reason he's dead set on Kevin being the only CatNap is because of the scientists. They disposed of anything that was "flawed". DD has no issue removing his competition, but Kevin is nice. He'd go out of his way not to kill anyone. So DD simply decided that he'd have to to do it. Bigger/stronger Catnap would mean bigger threat to his Catnap. Kevin would be freaking out initially because holy crap that's a big Catnap. But he'd be fine overall. They're all toys at the end of the day. If you stay in your lane he'll stay in his.
