One of my favorite parts of Merlin is when everyone, even Arthur, is giving up and he gets the “I’m crazy” frown on and says some shit like you’re destined to be king, Arthur, nothing not even this stone can stand in your way.

It’s funny how Arthur lists off all the people who betrayed him but leaves out Gwen.

#I don’t think Merlin really betrayed him but the identity lie is kind of a betrayal too #Arthur’s own father betrayed him with a lie.#sweetie you are surrounded.
