No prizes or guessing most of the deleted scenes contain Ann! Seriously.....the missing scenes are the things I wanted to hear from her during the season not 6 months later.
Aw well. Some good stuff in there. Ann's feelings about Bobby and Harris, and Bobby's soft side, even a couple of Bobby and Ann scenes. They should've swapped some of the Mexico crap for this stuff.
Shame the uncut wedding didn't make it on to the DVD though.

One of the things I hate most about a dead Ewing, is the fact that Season 4 (if it is granted) takes place 6 months later. We'll miss out on that initial grieving, shock, reaction etc. Which will suck. Especially if it's Ann cos I'm going to want to see Bobby's tears......not him hooking up with Tracey.

I just donât even know what this all means. âA Ewing we know wellâ, the actor didnât necessarily want to leave and it serves the story for a new conflict.
Annâs death would open a new conflict for Bobby & Harris, if they blamed each other for her demise. But I donât see the show focussing on avenging Annâs death.
Iâm actually of the opposite opinion â one of the reasons I figured Ann would be a good character to kill is I can easily see them focusing on avenging her death. Bobby loves her, Sue Ellen loves her, Pamela loves her, Emma loves her, Harris loves her⌠and Christopher and John Ross would care because their parents care.
But I donât really see new conflict in there. It could be Harris vs. Judith or Harris vs. Bobby, but neither of those would be new, just⌠refreshed. So I still kind of think it might be one of the boys, because bringing in a new kid would be conflict city. Maybe Lucas is a spiteful little shit or just a troublemaker (god, I want Bobby to have a son who isnât like him), maybe Ann thinks Emma should get what wouldâve been Christopherâs inheritance, maybe John Ross thinks he should get everything nowâŚÂ Oops, look at me assuming it wouldnât be John Ross.
But the worst thing is, after reading that, Iâm no longer confident that Bobby is safe. Because that would create hella conflict. Who would be in charge of the family and in what direction would they take it after his death?
Ugh. I want it to be Monday so the suspense will end, but I also very much donât want to see what happens.
I feel the same. I want it to be Wednesday so it's over and we're either hating on the show, crying and rocking or just happy that Ann's alive! This whole 'which Ewing dies?' is ruining me!!
I think we have all taken it for granted it won't be Bobby or John Ross. It seems unthinkable. I still think it's unlikely but I think because Ann is such an obvious choice perhaps it won't be her. I would love to see Lucas and I would love him to be ruthless, opposite of Bobby - kind of how Ann has had to deal with Emma not sharing her morals at all.
The only thing that keeps me confident with Bobby is that little pic Patrick tweeted of Bobby's office with a caption saying it was waiting for him if Season 4 got the green light.

We actually pulled it out, we are only using a little bit of it because we are trying to keep the other stuff secret. We didnât really shoot the ending until about ten days ago. We finished the episode today.
Erm Brenda Strong posted a pic on her Instagram this week of her being back in Dallas.......
The actress who plays Tracy will be coming back.

It looks like the Ryland house to me which scares me slightly for many reasons.
I think there's going to be a massive shock which we're not expecting and it won't be the death; a marriage, or an illegitimate kid or something that changes everything.
I also think maybe the actors weren't sure that the finale was going to be promoted with 'Which Ewing Dies?'.....hence quite a few of them mentioning little clues in interviews etc. I'd list them all but it's basically just 'Ann won't die denial'.
Whatever happens we won't see the aftermath....even if Season 4 is granted Cidre said it would pic up 'Six Months Laters'. Le sigh.
