Some people will never understand the kind of superpower it takes for some people to just walk outside.

Fall in love with someone who’s comfortable with your silence. Find someone who doesn’t need your words to know it’s time to kiss you.

No, I’m not ok. But I haven’t been ok since I was 11, maybe 12. I am still here though. I’m still breathing. For me, sometimes, that will have to be enough.

Now I know I’ve got a heart because it is breaking.

I like to be in my pajamas all day. Sometimes I don’t wash for days because I like to read and sit around. I like to eat in bed. I like melancholy. I like to pretend that I’m alone in the world and I’m just sort of abandoned. I’m not fun to be with.

I am brave, though I am alone.

I am overwhelmed with things I ought to have written about and never found the proper words.

You’re responsible for yourself. You messed up your life, and it’s up to you to fix it. No one else is going to do it for you — for any of you.

What a terrible feeling to love someone and not be able to help them.

But I must admit I miss you terribly. The world is too quiet without you nearby.

The saddest truth is realising you have fallen madly in love with what can never be.

Right now I feel absolutely nothing, and I’m not sure what scares me more. The feeling of emptiness or how incredibly intoxicating it is.

I would never intentionally want to hurt someone’s feelings.

It was probably nothing but it felt like the world.

And if you are someone who still carries hope in your heart, kindness in your eyes and generosity in your fingertips despite terrible people happening to you, thank you. You are one of the few truly pure things left in this world, and you deserve to be protected.
