In 2019 my husband and I decided to embark on a Keto journey with our 4 kids. Being a homeschooling mom whose kids have a serious sweet tooth, I needed to help find a way to curb my children's sugar craving. I made my first fat bombs and never looked back! My husband took some of the desserts to his colleagues and they commented how their significant others would love these treats and their disappointment that no such alternative existed for Valentine's day. From that, an idea was born and Snack to the Future Shop was born, making desserts for the Keto crowd was born.
