People on Twitter (and elsewhere) love to say "retard" and "low IQ" now and I'm not only talking about nazi accounts but just your average account. It came out of nowhere just this year too. Really annoying.

for real tho it feels exhausting that ive seen this whole "woman should be allowed to abstain from X beauty standard" -> "i perform X beauty standard, am i evil? do you think im evil? please forgive me i came up with a dozen excuses 🥺" since like 2015 (and i know its been going on longer than that) like girl thats not the poiiiiint

look me in the eyes. repeat after me. "i face societal pressure to perform this beauty standard. i should not face that pressure. i conform to this standard. i am rewarded for performing to this standard. i need to respect women who do not perform this standard. this is not about whether or not i am a sinner for wearing makeup."

I don't want to buy mass-produced garbage from a big box store so I go to etsy but half of etsy is now dropshipped mass-produced garbage or AI slop so I go to the local arts and crafts street market but a ton of those booths are also selling the same generic plastic objects or identical stickers or 3D printed dragons so WHERE do I buy real trinkets and art from sincere freaks

so 3D printed dragons are ‘degenerate art’ now?

i doubt a complaint about mass produced plastic waste at every level of commerce from the top to bottom is meant to be interpreted as a nazi level hatred of modern art

this may change if you join a discord server full of french millennial women who 3d print like crazy
