i’m out on the edge by @someonefromthere; not rated - hanahaki disease; I’m also a sap for hanahaki fics!  Nines has hanahaki and doesn’t know how to deal with it.  So good!

Vulpecula by Skysquid22; T - post canon;  Much fluff!  Nines explores all of Gavin’s scars.

In the Practice of Tolerance by  liliwick_the_WORD ; not rated - post canon, slow burn, wip; super slow burn!  I love it!

red signs (do not cross) by WinchesterBurger; not rated - hurt/comfort; Agh ;A; another hurt/comfort, I love this one so much!

Heliotrope by cato_universe; T - flower AU, soulmate AU; This one is beautiful!  Every human has flowers on their skin but Gavin.

Proximity by cato_universe; T - post canon, touch starved; touch starved Nines, do I need to say any more?  This fic is incredibly soft <3

O May I Join the Choir Invisible by @banishfics ; M - prison AU, wip; Gavin and Nines become the world’s cutest prison couple (this is my sarcastic voice)  This fic is extremely good and has both cute and serious moments.  Highly recommend!

A Dozen Reasons to Quit by HeyMurphy; M - hurt/comfort; Gavin is sick; RK900 helps. alsdjflsjf really love this fic, so soft, much good

You spin me right round, baby by @missmho; M - post canon; RK900 trys to learn Connor’s coin trick. - Five times Gavin hated his partner’s damned coin tricks and one time he liked it too much. -

birch and pine trees, georgia o'keefe by s0fthope; M - post canon, hurt/comfort; after over a year, in a regular apartment, in a regular routine, nine finally begins to feel normal. this is good. this is fine. work is good. he feels fine. but, there’s something else, an itch he can’t seem to scratch, that’s been bothering him. a quick look into system logs would probably solve the problem, right? -  This fic is so beautiful!!! Highly recommend!

Compatibility by @connorandroidfbi; M - post canon; This fic is so good! Great concept!!  What if there was someone made exactly for Gavin?

Opportunity by Cranksta; E - omegaverse; So good!  Very emotional omegaverse fic with a lot of feels!

All in Place by Larry_Metal; E - post canon, hurt/comfort; Nines was injured on a case protecting Gavin. Gavin just wants to take care of his partner for the night. - soft!!

Thanks to these, the Pandemic Times, I’ve gathered enough good fics for The Untamed to make a pretty killer rec list, if I do say so myself. Most are Wei Wuxian/Lan Wangji, but I have ventured off into other wildernesses as well. Most notably, I’ve gotten very into my Yunmeng Trio feelings and love for the juniors. I’ll tag accordingly, so you know what’s what.
