Ok, this is a common thing that happens when you roleplay on tumblr. When you play a character in a fandom there are going to be others who play the same character as well, some just joining, like you and some who have been around for awhile. Everyone plays their character differently.. so no comparing yourself to others, it just makes you down. When you step into a fandom the first thing you're going to notice that there will some who look like a group/clique and upon seeing it, the first thing that's going to happen is that you're going to wish to be part of it. You're going to wish that you were in the fandom sooner and you're going to want to be a part of that 'group' or at least make friends with the people of that group. -- Been there before. It's like meeting new people on the first day of school. You're going to be shy, think you're going to be a bother, give up before trying -- things like that. S t o p. You're not a bother, just go up and say hi. Request an rp -- take a chance to know the person/people. Not everyone is as scary as you think.  The next thing you're going to notice is that certain people only talk to certain people.. when you talk to them, you might get one or no replies in return. You don't go hating yourself. Some people just prefer to talk to people they're more comfortable with. There is no need to put yourself down about it.. if you want the person to notice you, there is the askbox and there's the fanmail. Start a conversation there.. It works. If the person doesn't reply, don't spam them. Don't send hate -- be patient. There could be plenty reasons why they haven't answered you.
