A Witch is a Witch Regardless of Gender.

a spell to prepare you for difficult times ahead, and give you the power to rise. 

🌊  gather: a jar, twine, high tide sea water, honeysuckle, lavender, lime peel, black salt, wax, and a self representative object.

🌊  prepare and dry the herbs, in the oven or naturally

🌊  charge with personal energy, and add the representative object  

🌊  ring the jar’s lid with black salt and seal thoroughly with wax, bind bottleneck with twine, secure with a strong knot. 

🌊  go to the beach when the water is at high tide, hold the bottle in the water as it comes in, letting the waves wash over it. while doing this, chant:

“come hell or high water i rise with the tide this time and after the sea will be on my side.”

“I deserve to love and be loved.”

It has been quite a while I haven’t done a new jar or charm bag here, but I am happy to say I am back! and full of ideas! This little jar is here to help you build a stronger, beautiful relationship with the people you are with. Please do it with their consent;)

For the story, I was half the way through it when my partner came in the room and asked if he could put some love in it too. He does not practice magic or anything, which made the gesture even better <3 We each charged a rose quartz to place and the top of the bottle and that was a great magical moment!

Anyway! Here is what you’ll need:

pink Himalayan salt for love and protection

rose petals for emotions

rosemary for fidelity

lavender for serenity

sugar for sweetness and avoid conflicts

cinnamon for prosperity and passion

dried vanilla for sensuality

rose quartz for tender feelings (one for each partner)

OPTIONAL:

Moon phase: First quarter (waxing Moon) or Full Moon

Candles: pink, rose-scented

Charm bag version: use red or pink fabric + white/silver/gold ribbon

How to proceed:

Take the time to light a candle, meditate if you wish to, and focus on your intent (having a positive/passionate/strong relationship). Visualize it clearly and with as many details as possible. You can visualize energy growing within yourself, symbolizing your love (I like to see it gold or pink). Strengthening the love between you and your partner, making it grow. Of course, if you can do it with your partner, it’s even better!

Add the salt at the bottom of your jar, then all the other ingredients in layers. With each ingredient, repeat your wish.

Finally, add the lid to your bottle. Seal it with wax if you wish. One last time, charge the bottle with your intent, like an external layer of energy. I added a ribbon to it cause I felt like it, it’s not an obligation.

Keep the jar in your bedroom or take it with you when you meet your lover.

Note: this does not force love where it does not exist, it just gives a chance to the one that is already there, ready to blossom ;)

And each person who found the poison skittle we would weep for. We would weep for their loss, for their sacrifice, and for the fact that they did not let themselves succumb to fear but made the world a better place by eating skittles.
