Redraw of a piece from 2018! I love this piece and its companion, and I wanted to update it for my current skills and style. It's fun to see how much progress I've made!

Just thinkin 'bout spring 🌷

I uh…really didn’t mean to disappear for so long! I had all these intentions of posting once a week at least on here – many new years aspirations! I was excited! Then ICE invaded my home state and murdered two people, and brutalized and kidnapped countless others. For anyone who doesn’t know, I am Minnesotan, born and raised, Midwest accent and tater tot hot dish and all. Turns out, it’s really bad for every aspect of your life to see people being kidnapped, beat, and murdered miles away from here you are on your phone. It’s even worse when the people who are committing these acts are bought and paid for by the government of your country. (And I’m white! I cannot even imagine being someone more vulnerable during this time!!!!)

I decided to open up some emergency mutual aid action figure commissions so I could get some funds into the hands of those most affected, and to groups that would distribute the funds to those who need it most. Here are a few of those commissions! Making these was so fun, I love little details and these action figure boxes allow me to put in soooo many of them. Thank you to those who took me up on my commission offer, so far I’ve been able to donate over 500$ to mutual aid here in the Twin Cities.

I’m also taking more! I can draw you, your DnD character, your dog, your enemy, your imaginary friend, that character from a novel you’re writing, anything! As a little action figure in a cute little box, of course. All funds will go to helping those still being affected by ICE here in the Twin Cities. Rent funds are especially needed right now, as many have not been able to work (or leave their homes) for fear of being taken. Please shoot me and e-mail at [email protected].
