i really try not to be too harsh but button training just seems....idk apart from the fact that the dog doesn't really know what it's saying because that's not really how dogs work, why would you not want to make an effort to learn basic canine body language if you're going to own a dog?

There is a breeder who owns a mare I used to know, and every time that breeder posts about the offspring of the mare (that are for sale), the only thing the dam has done worthy of note for this breeder, is that the dam has been successful in Sport Horse and has produced foals that are successful in Sport Horse. Not that the dam is a Tevis finisher, not that she was an AERC mileage champion, nope! Just did well in SH and makes nice SH babies 🙃 can't help but feel insulted on behalf of the dam. The accomplishments of females are never good enough!
